Code Of Ethics

Because I am invited into your home, and more importantly, your personal life, I take abiding by Si’s Code of Ethics very seriously.  You can be certain that:

• Si Lifestyle Managers and Personal Concierge will consider every aspect of our relationship, and any information I have about you and your life, completely confidential. I will never discuss this information with anyone, unless it is necessary as part of our agreement and have your express permission.
• Si Lifestyle Managers and Personal Concierge will show you and treat you with the utmost respect, no matter who you are or what your situation is. Si will never judge the choices you make on how you live your life.
• Si Lifestyle Managers and Personal Concierge will always act in a professional manner and in your best interests.
• Si Lifestyle Managers and Personal Concierge will take full responsibility for any advice given and the work that is performed.
• Si Lifestyle Managers and Personal Concierge will always be honest in conveying what my capabilities are. If I do not have the skills or know-how to perform a task, I will find someone who does.
• Si Lifestyle Managers and Personal Concierge will honour in full all work agreed to, only with the exception of termination by mutual agreement.
• Si Lifestyle Managers and Personal Concierge will reply to your communications as promptly as possible, and within a maximum of 3 hours.
