Do you look after people of all ages?

Yes. Past and current clients range from their mid twenties to late seventies.

Can you do everything yourself so I don’t have to deal with a lot of people?

Yes. You will have your very own private personal assistant. 

Can you help me organise my home renovation and find me somewhere to stay while it’s happening?

Yes. Si will help you find the best people for the job you need done.  I can oversee this for you to make sure it goes as smoothly and as stress free as possible, and can absolutely find you suitable accommodation if you need to be out of your home.

Can you contact (Government Department) and get some answers for me?

Is the On Hold music driving you insane?  Understandable, and yes, I can most certainly help!

Can you help me find a good (cook, gardener, cleaner, handyman, removalist)?

I can help you find the right people for any job at all.

Do you help people who have recently lost their (spouse)?

Si understands that this is not only an extremely difficult time, but also a time when there is a lot to be done.  It is also usual for someone to have to learn new skills to take on tasks usually done by their loved one.  Si offers complete support.

How do you charge?

I usually charge one of two ways: for regular clients, a block of time upfront (3-5 hours) then any time after this is invoiced at the end of each month; or in blocks of time only so you know exactly what you spend and how much time you have available. I do not charge for initial meetings to get to know you and your needs.

Do you have insurance?

Si Lifestyle Managers and Personal Concierge has full Professional and Public & Products Liability Insurance.

I need help and I don’t know where to start. What do I do?

I will come to you and have a chat about exactly what you want and what you need.  I will help you sort through everything and will make a plan.
